Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't do with Kabinet AI. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Don't use the Service to:

Break any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing.
Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content sexualizing minors.
Generate violent extremist content, terrorist recruitment material, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or phishing material.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or training data.
Use the Service to develop competing AI infrastructure.
Distribute malware, exploits, or anything designed to disrupt the Service or other users.
Bypass rate limits, security controls, or quota systems.
Process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, racial, religious, political) without an appropriate lawful basis and additional safeguards.
Use the Service to make consequential decisions about people (employment, lending, insurance, housing, public benefits) without meaningful human review.

You must:

Be truthful in everything you tell the Service about your business.
Review every AI-generated output before using or publishing it.
Disclose AI involvement to your end users where required by law (EU AI Act, etc.).
Respect the intellectual property of others.
Report security vulnerabilities responsibly through our disclosure program.

Reporting violations

Email abuse@kabinet-ai.com with details. We investigate every report and remove violating content. Severe or repeated violations result in account termination without refund.

Changes

We update this policy as new abuse patterns emerge. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
