Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kabinet AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Kabinet AI provides an AI-powered organizational platform: an AI CEO orchestrates AI teams that produce business deliverables on your behalf. The Service evolves; features may be added or changed.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@kabinet-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing saves approximately 17%.
• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at signup but are not charged for the first 7 days. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
• You can cancel at any time from Admin → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refunds for partial months.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry several times and notify you. Persistent non-payment leads to suspension.

5. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't use the Service to break the law, harass others, generate harmful content, infringe intellectual property, or undermine the Service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (missions, briefs, memory items) and all outputs your AI roles produce on your behalf ("Customer Content"). You grant Kabinet a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on or publishing them. Kabinet provides approval gates and quality checks but does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legality of any AI output.

8. Intellectual property

Kabinet owns the Service, the platform, our trademarks, and everything we create. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it gives its own (and in any case at least reasonable care).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. You can terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabinet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, Kabinet's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Kabinet against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of London, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
